Good to know

How do I get Qlean?+
Qlean is available now on the Google Play Store. Install it from Google Play, sign in, and choose a plan inside the app - the first 3 days are free. Google Play collects your payment method when the trial starts and the plan begins automatically afterwards, so cancel in Play before the 3 days are up if you do not want to continue.
Is my data private?+
Yes. Qlean reads on-screen text only to guard you from explicit content in the moment. Nothing is recorded, stored or screenshotted. Most checks finish on your phone; when a screen cannot be judged there, a short fragment - with emails and phone numbers stripped out first - is checked by our classification service and then discarded, never stored and never linked to you. Our privacy policy spells this out.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Absolutely. Cancel from your account at any time and you won't be billed again. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Can I change my plan later?+
Yes, but not from inside the app. Email support@qlean.in and tell us which plan you would like to move to, and we will sort it out with you. The plan you picked stays active until then, so your protection never lapses.
Which phones are supported?+
Qlean works on Android phones running Android 8.0 and above. It is not available for iPhone at this time.
How do I get updates?+
The app updates automatically through Google Play. It will also prompt you if an important update is available.
Is Qlean the same app as PoQuit?+
Yes - same app, same team, new name. PoQuit was renamed to Qlean in August 2026. Nothing about your account changes: your subscription, streak and settings carry over, and the app updates itself through Google Play. The Play Store link still contains "com.poquit.app" because Android app IDs cannot be changed after launch, so that is expected and not a different app.
